Where True Life Begins

“He that has the Son has life; and he that has not the Son of God has not life.” 1 John‬ ‭5:12‬

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Without Jesus there’s no life. By him all things consist. Without him was not anything made that was made. God is omnipresent but he still requires relationship with humanity. There will always be a void if we do not have a relationship with God. No person, no amount of money, no amount of fame or possessions can complete us. We cannot take anything with us when we leave this world, therefore a relationship with the Father is vital to have true joy. Scripture says blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Many see him as God, which he is, but how many see him as Father. Father represents relationship. Relationship represents closeness. God is looking for fellowship. Just take our relationships with our loved ones for example; the more distant we are, the less we get to know one another. On the contrary, the closer we are to those that are dear to us, the more we get to know about one another. It is the same principle. The more time we spend with God, the more we get to know his heart.

Spend time today with God by reading his holy Word. Allow the Holy Spirit to bring you revelation on who God really is.

Grace and peace,
