Where True Life Begins

“He that has the Son has life; and he that has not the Son of God has not life.” 1 John‬ ‭5:12‬

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Without Jesus there’s no life. By him all things consist. Without him was not anything made that was made. God is omnipresent but he still requires relationship with humanity. There will always be a void if we do not have a relationship with God. No person, no amount of money, no amount of fame Continue reading “Where True Life Begins”

Spiritual Warfare

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12

It is time to go to the next level as a believer and get our hands dirty in spiritual warfare. It is time to put our discernment to target practice. There is obviously an enemy of our souls out there and he absolutely does not want humanity to prosper. Continue reading “Spiritual Warfare”

Do We Truly Love Him?

“Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.”

– John‬ ‭14:23‬‬

To truly love the Lord means that you reverence, honor, obey, submit and take heed to his instruction, his word, his commandments and precepts. To truly love the Lord means that you have made the choice to be in his will. Loving the Lord requires a wholehearted heart that desires to do what is right according to his Word and truth. You cannot say that you truly love the Lord when walking in disobedience and rebellion. We must learn daily to keep his statutes, write his Word upon our hearts and allow his Spirit to live in and through us.

Words of Wisdom

“Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.” Psalms‬ ‭141:3‬

We all know that there is power in the tongue to speak life or death to situations. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. Now is the time to turn negative words into positive words to resurrect some things that have been killed off by words of doubt, anger, frustration, Continue reading “Words of Wisdom”

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” Psalms 119:105

God is saying that today, clarity and direction is vital for you to reach your next destination, which is a part of your destiny. Allow God’s word to enlighten your understanding and order your steps.

Where Is Your Persistence?

One thing about this walk with Jesus Christ is that it requires faith and work to be joined together as one operation. You cannot work without faith and you cannot operate in faith without putting your faith to work (practice).

The Word of the Lord states in Hebrews 6:11-12 (AMP) states:” And we desire for each one of you to show the same diligence [all the way through] so as to realize and enjoy the full assurance of hope until the end, so that you will not be [spiritually] sluggish, but [will instead be] imitators of those who through faith [lean on God with absolute trust and confidence in Him and in His power] and by patient endurance [even when suffering] are now] inheriting the promises. “

What the Lord wants for his children is to have drive, dedication, determination and perseverance until the end. We should be serving him in Spirit and in truth! The Lord is looking for a people who have wholehearted hearts Continue reading “Where Is Your Persistence?”

Be Still

“When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus. When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was.” John 11:4-6

Notice in the text that Jesus abode with Lazarus, whom he loved, for two days. We all know for a fact that Jesus could have healed Lazarus before he even walked through the door, but he decided to spend two days with him instead. God desires to spend some time with his children Continue reading “Be Still”

Bended Knees and Outpoured Cries

When the situations and circumstances of life begin to overwhelm you to the point of consumption, frustration, worry, fear, doubt and more, that is the perfect time to change your posture and sound the alarm in the spirit realm!

Bended knees and outpour cries! This is what gets the attention of our Lord! Continue reading “Bended Knees and Outpoured Cries”

Beloved (BE loved)

“I will praise you; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are your works; and that my soul knows right well.” Psalms‬ ‭139:14‬

You shall praise Him.. Why, you ask?.. For you are fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are his works. Your soul should know that very well as stated above. God does not make junk. The same God who created the glorious heavens and the earth, the same God who laid out our future great city with precious stones and streets of pure gold, the same God who came down from glory to be the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of you and me, is the exact same God who created you and me. You are one of a kind; do not compare and do not deject. You must know our worth and be confident in who God made you to be. Tell God today, “Thank you for making me, me.”
