Jesus died and Jesus rose again the third day. With that being said, when ministering the gospel to the unsaved we can not expect them to be Jesus at the snap of a finger. In actually there is only one Jesus. Jesus could’ve easily rose up three hours afterwards (he has the power to lay it down and take it back his life whenever he wanted) but that was not in God’s divine plan. It takes time for fruit to abound in a babe in Christ’s life. Old things are passed away and all things become new. We will admit that some people like to remain “dead” longer than others but at the end of the day it is God who brings the increase in his time. Let us practice more patience instead of impatience. The fervent prayers of the righteous avails much. Never give up.
Peace and grace,
