“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” Mark 8:36
We’re not condemning anyone by saying they’re going to lose their soul but the concept is relative. Not every opportunity is a great idea. Some opportunities could present to you a million dollars but it could pull you away from spending time with family and friends and fellowshipping with fellow believers and can make you drift. Some opportunities could offer wonderful benefits but the environment could taint you and pull you away from God. You have to be careful. Continue reading “”
One of the most horrific sin that is damaging this generation is fornication. Fornication (sex outside of marriage) is sin against your own being. Hatred, unforgiveness, lying, stealing, gossiping are sins against others but sex outside of marriage is a self-inflicting attack on your own body. There is no blessing or protection, no joy or peace that comes with fornication. Not only does sex outside of marriage damages you physically, it also does so spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Fornication can bring Continue reading “Freedom to Be Pure”

Astrology is demonic witchcraft and deception at its finest. Some would even dare to say, “But is sounds so true!” No my friend, that stuff speaks to your flesh and not your spirit; that is why it sounds true, but it’s definitely not truth at all. The only truth is the Truth of God’s Continue reading “Break Free!”

It’s so unwise to trust our feelings and emotions when it comes to decision making. Our foundation in Jesus Christ is not rooted, centered or made to be based on how we feel. Continue reading “Matters of the Flesh”

“When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus. When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was.” John 11:4-6
Notice in the text that Jesus abode with Lazarus, whom he loved, for two days. We all know for a fact that Jesus could have healed Lazarus before he even walked through the door, but he decided to spend two days with him instead. God desires to spend some time with his children Continue reading “Be Still”
